In case a refund is granted, the following process will be followed:
  • You agree that the Services you procure are for your use only and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • You understand that we are not obliged to provide repayment of any fees and associated charges paid by you, whether in full or in part, under any circumstances. This includes scenarios like:
    • Changes and extensions in the Service's duration
    • Alterations in the commencement date of the Service
    • Failure on your part to attend or participate in the Service
    • Modifications in the Service's structure or content
  • In case a refund is granted:
    • Refund will be initiated in 10-12 business days
    • You hereby acknowledge and agree that the refundable amount may be served either in cash or as a credit (towards the purchase of any other Services of equivalent value offered by "EduchainPrep")
    • The mode of refund will be at the sole discretion of "EduchainPrep"
